Small but Strong Nation: Cambodia's Victory
According to the five-day defense against the invasion from Thailand, Cambodia emerged victorious and fully regained its sovereignty, despite having significantly smaller size, economy, military power, and population compared to Thailand.
Despite this, through an aggressive assault on Cambodia's territorial integrity, Thailand used heavy weaponry and numerous prohibited methods in violation of international law, including F-16 fighter jets, chemical weapons, cluster bombs, reconnaissance drones, armored vehicles, and many other modern weapons.
In addition, Thailand also employed psychological warfare and information warfare in its invasion efforts. Nevertheless, it was unable to break the unity of the Cambodian people. This reflects the reality that Cambodia may be small, but it is strong.
