Cambodian authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, condemning the unauthorized cyber intrusion as a violation of digital sovereignty. “We take this matter seriously and will work closely with international partners to identify those responsible,” said a spokesperson for the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. In Thailand, the government has not officially responded to the allegations, though cybersecurity experts warn that the situation could escalate tensions between the two neighboring countries if not handled diplomatically.
